Welcome to the second season of the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers’ Program Rebuild, inside of College Football ’25! If you were following along last season, you will know that brand-new head coach Cam Ladikki took over the Chanticleers’ program after being a dominant coach at the IMG Academy in Florida. He would go on to lead the program to their very first playoff appearance in the school’s history but ultimately fall short with a 14-17 loss to the defending National Champion Michigan Wolverines in the First Round.

While raising the program’s national notoriety, Coach Ladikki helped recruit a class of 21 high school players who will help continue building off the momentum that guys like RB Braydon Bennett, TE Kendall Karr, and CB Keontae Jenkins helped create in their senior year. It was a year to remember, as it helped the Chanticleers enter a new phase of their program’s history with an official move from the Sun Belt to the ACC. They will now join perennial programs like North Carolina, Miami, Florida State, and Clemson. It’s a whole new era for this program. Let’s see where Coach Ladikki can continue driving them forward to!
