The local phenom out of Eau Claire, WI (EC Memorial High), Z'Riyah Waye, has decided to turn down offers from Oregon, Alabama, Florida State, and UCLA and instead stay home and sign with the University of Wisconsin.

The Badgers have always been known for their big boys on the offensive line, their prolific running game, and the Watt brothers, but they have failed to really ever land a top-tier quarterback. They had one season with Russell Wilson, who transferred from NC State, but Waye is a much more all-around talented prospect than Wilson ever was.

Waye will need to work hard in practices, hit the books, and take advantage of every opportunity he can in order to earn a shot at taking on Tyler Van Dyke for the starting quarterback position
