ree

With the Floride Gators having locked up a spot in the SEC Championship game against the Vanderbilt Commodores, following a dominant 11-1 season (8-1 in SEC), let’s see where the team stands before they make a push for landing a bye in the First Round of the College Football Playoffs.

OVERVIEW

It is insane what we are witnessing with this Florida Gators' program. The turnaround they have made in such a short time under new HC Nathan Meyer is going to be studied. This program is garnering eyes from all across the country and the flow of popularity is rushing in. They've got Vegas favoring them for the National Championship, celebrities on the sidelines, and College Gameday visiting campus for their huge SEC matchups like LSU (home) and Florida State (away).

In regard to recruiting, HC Meyer has kept the momentum going and is leading the nation in recruiting after locking up a total of 7 five-star recruits -- including the #1 recruit in the country, S Artie Deiter. There isn't going to be any slowing down for this program as they still have 20+ scholarships to fill with late recruits and the Transfer Portal (post-season). It is a new day for the Florida Gators' program. Let's see if they can finish strong with a win in the SEC Championship and a run at being named the 2024 National Champions!
