COL Buffaloes Rebuild (Season 1)

The Colorado Buffaloes have lost to the Baylor Bears 29-32.

The Colorado Buffaloes have defeated the rival Colorado State Rams 59-27.

The Colorado Buffaloes have defeated the Nebraska Cornhuskers 35-14.

The Colorado Buffaloes have defeated the Southern Miss Eagles 56-10.

Since the Buffaloes won’t be playing in Week 0, this update will simply be a look at the finalized depth chart, the redshirt list, and the captain designations. We will check back in at their first bye week.

The Colorado Buffaloes will kick off Season 1 on June 2nd when they open the season at home against Southern Miss. The Buffaloes schedule is Big 12 heavy, with nine of their games being conference games and the other three coming in the first three weeks, but Coach Prime and the Buffaloes wouldn’t have it any other way.

Coach Prime has arrived in Boulder, and the Buffaloes are ready to win it all. But do they have what it takes to pull off this gargantuan accomplishment for a program that has been irrelevant for so many years?

Welcome to the first season of the Colorado Buffaloes’ Program Rebuild, inside of College Football ’25!

In Season 2, R3DBARZ has taken on three new programs to rebuild – Colorado Buffaloes, Washington Huskies, and Florida Gators. These are all much more well-known brands unlike Coastal Carolina, San Jose State, or UAB, but it has been a while since we’ve seen them atop the College Football world (outside of Washington’s run last year).
