WAS Huskies Rebuild (Season 1)

The #13 Washington Huskies have defeated the Arizona Wildcats 43-22.

The #19 Washington Huskies have defeated the Washington State Cougars 36-31.

The #22 Washington Huskies have defeated the UConn Huskies 46-20.

The Washington Huskies have defeated the Stanford Cardinal 38-10.

The Washington Huskies have defeated the Oregon State Beavers 35-7 in the season opener.

Since the Huskies won’t be playing in Week 0, this update will simply be a look at the finalized depth chart, the redshirt list, and the captain designations. We will check back in at their first bye week.

The Washington Huskies will kick off Season 1 on June 2nd when they open the season hosting the Oregon State Beavers. The Huskies’ season starts off relatively easy but then gets progressively harder at the end with road games against Ohio State, UCLA, and Oregon. It is Big 10 football though; nothing seems to be coming easy anymore in this conference.

A new chapter has just begun for the Washington Huskies, with the recent hire of new Head Coach Ja’Varr Jackson Jr. With 11 years of NFL experience, HC Jackson Jr looks to keep Washington in the hunt in the Big 10 and eventually get them over the hump. He believes Washington is a top-five program in the entire country, and a huge destination for recruits. Welcome to the first season of the Washington Huskies’ Program Rebuild, inside of College Football ’25!

In Season 2, R3DBARZ has taken on three new programs to rebuild – Colorado Buffaloes, Washington Huskies, and Florida Gators. These are all much more well-known brands unlike Coastal Carolina, San Jose State, or UAB, but it has been a while since we’ve seen them atop the College Football world (outside of Washington’s run last year).
